Trade accounts: raw hair extensions for salons and stylists
We now supply raw hair to salons and stylists at trade prices. If you fit extensions for a living, a Schwan trade account gives you the same hair we sell at retail, bought at a price that leaves room in your column.
What a trade account is
A trade account is a pricing level rather than a separate catalogue. You order the same raw, single donor hair we sell to everyone else, collected from one donor and never blended, at a price set for the trade.
There is no membership fee, no subscription and no monthly commitment. You order when your column needs hair.

Applications are reviewed one by one, and we are taking on a limited number of salons and stylists so we can support each account properly.
The three tiers
Your price moves with the size of the order, not with a contract you have to sign up to.
- Trade, from £500 an order
- Partner, from £1,000 an order
- Studio, from £2,500 an order
You can mix any textures, lengths and products to reach a tier. A single order of bundles, closures, frontals, tape-ins and clip-ins counts as one total, and the whole order is priced at whichever tier it reaches. There is nothing to qualify for in advance and nothing to maintain.
How the pricing is worked out
Trade pricing is built from what the hair costs us to land in the UK, not from a flat percentage off the retail price. That matters, because a flat percentage across every category ends up unworkable on some products and unnecessarily expensive on others.
Building it from cost means the discount is real on the textures that are genuinely expensive to source, and it means we can hold the prices rather than quietly withdraw them later.
What to expect on an order
- Production takes 7 to 14 working days
- Hair is quality checked, then delivered within 3 working days
- Orders are invoiced and paid by bank transfer
- Shipping is quoted on the order, based on weight
Private label
If you want the hair to carry your own branding rather than ours, we put together private label packages covering labels, packaging and setup. It suits studios who already have a client base and want the range to sit under their own name.

Apply for a trade account on our trade programme page. Tell us about your business and what you fit most. Once you are approved, you sign in and see trade pricing against every product, with orders coming straight through to us.
If you are already a Schwan customer buying at retail, a trade account replaces any retail discount code you have been using. Trade pricing goes further than a code, so there is nothing to lose by moving across.
