What's the minimum order?
£500 per order, and you can mix any textures, lengths and products to see what sells.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer.
How quickly will it arrive?
Production takes 7 to 14 working days once your payment arrives. When your hair reaches us, we check every order for quality, then send it by tracked express courier. It arrives within 3 working days of our quality check.
Can I see the hair first?
Yes. We can bring samples to your salon so you and your stylists can handle them before you order.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Resell at whatever you like, as long as you don't advertise below schwanhair.com retail prices.
What if something's wrong?
Unopened hair can come back within 14 days. Opened raw hair can't be resold, so it can't be returned.
