Questions
How do I measure my cap size?
Braid or flatten your hair, then run a tape measure around your head, just above your ears and eyebrows, where the wig will sit. Snug, not tight. Small is 21 inches or more, Medium 22 inches or more, Large 23 inches or more.
How long will my wig take?
Every wig is made to order. Please allow up to 7 to 14 working days for dispatch, then normal delivery time on top.
Is my wig ready to wear?
Yes. Nothing is bagged straight off the weft. Your hair is washed and conditioned, hand-constructed onto your cap size, then styled before it goes anywhere. Straight textures are flat-ironed to a smooth finish. Wavy and curly textures are styled in their own pattern, because heat would take the curl out of the hair you chose it for. It arrives finished, so you can wear it. The lace is left untouched, so you or your stylist can pluck and customise it to your own hairline.
Can my closure or frontal be a different length to my wefts?
Yes. Choose any closure or frontal length from 14 to 24 inches, whatever length your wefts are. A shorter one costs less, and the price updates as you choose.
What if the length I want shows as sold out elsewhere on the site?
You can still order it here, because every wig is made from scratch for you. If we need to restock that length we will contact you about the timeline before we start.
Which textures can I choose?
Raw Indian Straight, Wavy, Natural Curly and Deep Curly, plus Raw Vietnamese Straight, Raw Cambodian Wavy and Raw Burmese Curly. The same hair we sell as bundles.
