Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. However, during Black Friday Sales our processing time increases to 7-12 working days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing an online tracking button. This will enable you to closely monitor the progress of your order and receive an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Timeframe

Your order will be sent out to you according to the delivery service selected at checkout. 

Shipping within the UK:
Standard Delivery Service: 2-3 Working Days 
Next Day Delivery Service: 1 Working Day 

Shipping outside the UK:
Standard Delivery Service: 5-7 Working Days
DHL Express Service: 1-3 Working Days

Order Cut-Off Time

The order cut-off time for shipments is 12:00pm (GMT). Please note we do not ship any orders on weekends or bank holidays. Our operating business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (GMT).

In Case of Delivery Issues 

If the tracking information appears blank, it's possible that there's a delay in the tracking update. Please allow until the end of your estimated delivery date for your order to arrive.

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please wait an additional 24-hour grace period for delivery, especially during peak periods. If your order is yet to arrive after this extended period, please check safe places such as bins, garden sheds, your household or neighbours. Additionally, we recommend contacting your local post office to inquire about the status of your delivery.

In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may alternatively leave a card confirming a redelivery date or give you details on how to collect it. If you're still unable to locate your order, please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

Accountability Notice

Schwan Hair cannot be held responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered to your specified address in the tracking information. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address before finalising your order.

We also advise ordering your hair in advance to ensure ample time for delivery, particularly if you require your purchase urgently for a special occasion or event. Please note that Schwan Hair is not held responsible for any transit delays.
