Shipping & Delivery

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Once your order is ready for delivery your parcel will be sent out to you according to the service selected at checkout. Please consider the following timeframes:

Within the UK Standard Delivery 1-3 business days
Within the UK Next Day Delivery 1 business day (Mon - Fri by 12pm)
 Region Service Timeframe
Outside the UK Standard Delivery 5-7 business days (Royal Mail)
Outside the UK Express Delivery 1-3 business days (DHL)

Please note that if your tracking information confirms that your purchase has been successfully delivered to your delivery address, but for whatever reason you haven't received your order, as a first step measure please get in touch with your local courier first, check safe places around your property and speak to your household and neighbours before contacting our customer care team. We also advise to wait 24 hours after your estimated delivery date to account for any possible carrier delays. 

We are not held accountable for packages where tracking information shows successful delivery to your chosen delivery address. 

Please always double check if you have selected the correct delivery address before placing your order. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages at your delivery address, we advise you chose a different, trusted address, for example your place of employment to ensure your parcels are received safely. 

Processing & Shipping time

After placing your order, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

Once ready, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. Please await the given date for your order to arrive.

We encourage you to order your hair in advance to allow enough time to receive your hair, especially if you need your purchase urgently for a special occasion or event.

If your delivery takes longer than usual, it is always worth checking if there are any *local delays. Once your order has been given into shipment, we are not in control of any carrier delays. *Please note during busy sales periods and events outside of our control, shipping delays may occur (e.g. COVID19).


Pre-orders are bespoke items e.g. custom clip-in pieces, custom lace frontals & closures, custom wigs or other custom lace units. Please consider an additional 5-10 business days for pre-orders only. As these items are custom made for you, they are exempt from our R&R Policy. Due to its custom nature processing times may vary, therefore ensure you're leaving enough time for your events as we are not held accountable for any missed events (read more here). Do I have to be home?

We recommend someone to be present when your parcel is due to be delivered as it may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner will alternatively leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbour, a safe place, redelivery date or give you details on how to collect it.
