Questions
How do I measure my cap size?
Braid or flatten your hair, then run a tape measure around your head, just above your ears and eyebrows, where the wig will sit. Snug, not tight. Small is 21 inches or more, Medium 22 inches or more, Large 23 inches or more.
What density should I choose?
We quote density in grams, not percentages. A bundle is 100g on anyone’s scales (give or take a few). What matters most is your length: the longer the wig, the more hair it needs to look full.
So we recommend:
- 14-16": 300g
- 18-24": 300-400g
- 26-32": 400-600g
- Over 32": 600-800g

What length should I choose?
Chart model is 5'5" tall, for reference.
Length is measured straight, so textured hair sits shorter until stretched. Wavy sits about 1-2" shorter, curly 2-3". The builder shows the lengths each texture offers.
A rough guide to height:
- Under 5'4": 14-18"
- 5'4" to 5'7": 16-22"
- Over 5'7": 18-26"
Closures and frontals go up to 24" and can be a different length to your wefts. For more, read choosing the perfect hair length.
How long will my wig take?
Every wig is made to order. Please allow up to 7 to 14 working days for dispatch, then normal delivery time on top.
Which textures can I choose?
Raw Indian Straight, Wavy, Natural Curly and Deep Curly, plus Raw Vietnamese Straight, Raw Cambodian Wavy and Raw Burmese Curly. The same hair we sell as bundles.
