Order Processing
We’re excited to let you know that our factory has begun processing your order! A new batch of hair is being made specifically for you. Please note that the timeframe for production is between 7-12 business days, depending on the origin of the hair.

Quality Check
Your hair will complete production by the 18th of December and will arrive at our facility within 3-6 days, where it undergoes a thorough quality control process to ensure the highest standards before it’s sent to you.
Delivery
