No, once your order is placed, we immediately begin selecting the hair to construct your wig. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make changes after the order has been submitted.

As these are pre-ordered custom wigs made according to your desired specifications it will be excluded from our returns policy. Should you have any concerns upon delivery please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to make a valid claim otherwise we will not be able to assist you.

We will ship them to you before general release before everyone else receives them.

Treat your hair Schwan Hair extensions the same way you would treat your own hair:

• Wash your extensions 1-2 per week
• Detangle your hair before every wash
• Use gentle products and avoid harsh alcohols, parabens and sulphates
• Avoid using hot water and do not aggressively rub your hair as it can cause split ends and lead to tangling
• Apply a generous amount of conditioner and brush through your hair to evenly distribute the product (we recommend a Denman D3)
• Use a lightweight serum and appropriate tools to maximise the life span of your extensions. We recommend ourNOIR Hair Serum specially formulated for our extensions
• Air-dry for best results, especially important for curly and wavy hair textures
• Avoid excessive heat and blow-dry on low temperatures
• Store securely away from direct sunlight and dust. We recommend our luxury satin lined box designed for safe storage.
