The order processing time may vary between busy sales periods and the nature of your order i.e. custom units vs stocked bundles. Therefore please ensure you're leaving enough time for any planned occasions as we are not held accountable for any missed events.
Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. As a thumb rule please consider the following shipping times:
Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days
Next Day Delivery: 1-2 business days
Standard Delivery: 6-10 business days
We encourage you to await the full timescale to allow a buffer for any carrier delays. Please note there is an additional 3-5 business days for pre-orders only!
Schwan Hair offers a 14 day returns policy under the following acceptance criteria. Any returned items must be in original packaging and resellable condition i.e. not worn, washed or altered in any way. If the hair tags have been taken off we are unable to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at your cost. Please always get in touch with us first before returning items back to us. Sale, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned and are excluded from our Refund & Returns policy.
Due to hygiene reasons eyelashes, wigs, lace systems, custom made units and clip ins cannot be returned and are excluded from the returns policy.
